Kaito Teppanyaki question

We are dining at Kaito Teppanyaki for the first time in a couple of months. We always tip extra when doing the speciality dining. My question is when dining at this place, do you generally tip the server and the chef, or just the server. But familiar with this style of dining. 

And I fully understand we don't have to tip anything extra, but we do, just curious about the chef, since he puts in a show

You can tip the chef when he is cleaning the grill after everyone has their food.
