Norwegian Encore - Best side of the ship?

I'm curious if someone to tell me about the Eastern Caribbean cruise through D.R., St. Thomas, Tortola, and Stingray Cay - specifically which side of the ship would be best to view each port and water around them?  Port?  Starboard?  Did anyone book one and wish they had a stateroom on the other side instead?  Thanks!

The ship docks at each port according to operational needs. Not necessarily the same week to week. 
 

The only thing guaranteed is leaving Miami where the port side is better.
