Gluten Free on an MSC Seashore Cruise

Looking to see how MSC handles gluten free in the MDR and buffet. If it matters we are looking at the seashore and would be sailing in an inside room. Would also take any general comments on the line as well. We have sailed Disney, HAL, Royal, and Celebrity. Thanks in advance.
