We have never eaten at the TC in the evening but you make it sound really enticing. Can you have waiter service from the buffet?

We ate at the GDR twice. Well, we didn't eat there one of the times. There was a menu on the tv that we stupidly thought was for that night. Whatever item that sent us there wasn't there so we left. The second time the service was SO incredibly slow. Just getting a menu was process. So all our meals were TC and the specialty restaurants. So there were several days where we had all three meals at TC and loved them all.
This was lobster, shrimp, lamb and cold vegetable salad. And look at that plate!

We were on Marina in October for our first O cruise. Friends had told us they ate at the "buffet" most of the time on their 10+ O cruises. They are pretty casual, so we thought that was the reason. Had no idea that TC was unlike any other cruiseline. We had lunch outside a few times, Dinner twice. Loved our experiences there. We were very fortunate that we had fabulous weather every day.
