We will arrive in Bermuda (first time in Bermuda) April 14th on the Gem for 3 days.

Is it correct to assume we will be able to get to:

St. Georges (free) via NCL Ferry

Hamilton (buy tokens there in the Dockyard) via Public Ferry

Both from the Dockyard in mid-April?

Yes correct. NCL has continued to run their free ferry to St. George for NCL passengers whenever their ships are in Bermuda and the public ferry from the Dockyard to Hamilton runs year round, (weather permitting) Tokens and passes will be sold at the Visitor Information Centre.

I can see on a Bermuda Webcam that the (NCL) Ferry to St. Georges picks people up on the inside of the pier where the cruise ships dock.  Where does the Ferry to Hamilton pick up passengers?

Just outside where the cruise ships dock. It is marked F on the map.
