Luggage Free - is it bookable on board?

I googled our options to send our luggage home (to Germany) after our cruise (ending in Chioggia) and found, that luggage-free seems to cooperate with Azamara. 

 

1) Are there any recent experiences with this service?

2) is it possible to book this service on board (possibly with obc - I know I am dreaming)

I've never seen it available onboard; a call in to Azamara may be helpful.  I've never seen anything advertised through Azamara for it; may be that they cooperate in the sense that they work with the company for drop off and pick up?

So I talked to a very nice agent at Azamara.

 

She said that the luggage-free programm (return) can only be booked on board and SHOULD be payable with OBC. 

 

 

 

 

I will definitely try this in July.

Must be brand new. Never seen it offered on any of our 8 sailings in the last 18 months, on 4 different continents.
