How many can the suites sleep?

Most likely either 3 or 4. Check out the deck plan PDFs for the ship you are interested in. Each cabin has dots, stars, etc, to indicate the type of bedding and number or people it can hold. That will give you a glimpse at the potential combinations and options.

Just to clarify, there are no cabins on Carnival above 5.  Suites have different capacity tied to the individual cabin.

There are other cabins on newer ships that sleep 5 (and have another 1/2 bath) without being part of FH.
