Wonder in Dec?

Recommended Posts

Hello! We’re thinking of cruising on Wonder to the Western Caribbean in December. We’re just worried about the weather during that time sailing if the waters will be rough? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We sailed Indy last December without a bit of weather trouble, but that's no promise that this December won't be different.

Funny- we were on Liberty and Symphony last December, and weather was a big issue.  We missed ports because of it.

That being said, the ship dealt with the weather fine, so Wonder should not be too bad, IF it's bad.  There's a good chance the weather will be just fine after this year.

There will likely be some rocking of the ship (funny what 1,500 kids can do to a ship).🙂

As noted above the weather is unpredictable but the Wonder is a very stable ship and having done more than 3 dozen sailings on her we have never felt any excessive movement,

We switch over to the "old peoples" lines in December and January to enjoy the holidays with fewer of the walking petri dishes.

Happy cruising whatever you decide.
