Don't bother calling this company for information even if you are booked on a cruise.  They are mostly unhelpful and have a less than caring attitude.

It is best to have your TA contact them. My TA always got answers and actions.

My experience with Atlas has been very good.  I am booked on a cruise and have called Atlas several times and received immediate help.  My questions were answered by friendly and caring people.
