Help with past passenger number

I had trouble bringing up my past cruises on Carnivals website. So I tried to create a new account. Now that account doesn’t show past cruises. So I want to delete it. Any suggestions on how to do that besides calling Carnival?

So you now have two VIFP numbers.  That happened to my husband.  A call to our PVP deleted the new one.

I booked my cruise with an online agency so will a Carnival PVP still help me?

I don’t know for sure, but it’s worth a call. They will probably do it for you.  If not, you’ll need to call the online agency.

They won't do anything if it involves the cruise you have booked. Have your new TA help you.
