Disney Dream Concierge bedroom suite - sofa bed

I am considering booking a 1 bedroom concierge suite (category 2B) on the Disney Dream and am wondering how comfortable the sofa beds are in those staterooms.  It would need to be used and I'm trying to be sure that it will be good and not result in a bad night's sleep. 

 

Plus, some of the photos I've seen appear to show that the balconies are enclosed.  Is this true?

The sofa bed is probably acceptable for the younger crowd.  By that I mean people under 30.  

 

I don't believe any of the Concierge balconies on the Dream are enclosed.
