ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH HAL SITE??

Just now I was attempting to check fares for cruises to Panama Canal and Caribbean for March 2025. All of the cruises show UNAVAILABLE. Anyone else encountered this?

Argh! Yes. We were looking at a UK 2025 cruise and came across the same thing. I  cleared the cookies, still nothing. I then used a different computer and was successful. my suggestion is to use a third party site to do research but call HAL to book (or go through a TA).

If there is a feedback tab on the left hand side, please use it to report the problem.  The workaround I found for the unavailable problem is to log out, search for my cruise and IF I can get to the summary page, log back in.  Shouldn't have to do that, but the HAL website has tons of issues that they don't seem at all interested in fixing.
