Murano tasting menu on Reflection

Looking at booking the Murano tasting menu for our Nov cruise. I thought I had seen a wine pairing for each course listed on the menu but don’t see anywhere to select that option when booking?

You just book Murano's. If you want to do the tasting menu you can choose that when your order. The wine pairing is an additional fee above the tasting menu.

If I have the premium beverage package, could I reproduce the Five Senses menu? Or are the wines way above my price point?

 

I do understand that I could pay the up-charge, but how many are actually covered by the package? 
 

I do wonder about the Calvados.
