Nearpost345 Posted June 24 #26 Share Posted June 24 I just had a very productive “Chat” with Richard at Windstar. I got lucky as he is a lead over there, and he knew his stuff. I have been going to My Windstar and logging in as a returning guest (10 cruises with windstar). Richard told me to log in as a NEW guest instead. you will provide your reservation number, your name, and your sailing date. Your reservation will appear. If you tap (ipad) on your itinerary a new menu opens up which includes excursions. if you tap on each excursion, details will come up. hope this helps . I can't see all my past trips or my status, but the information on the details on my new cruise are more complete than it ever has been. I think they are making progress.
