It’s a tad windy but the design is much better at handling wind. Retreat area on the Regal is a complete wind tunnel

Got breakfast tacos from blue iguana and now at Havana for trivia. The theme is “Casino History” which is maybe the most random trivia category I’ve ever seen on a cruise

We played three rounds of trivia, didn’t win any tho. Now we are in the thermal suite. This is the life.

@Bethfelk let me ask you a question, is the 17th deck forward elevator lobby and hallway hot and humid? On the Celebration it is and was wondering if it might be a design issue?

Yes actually, haven’t noticed it until tonight that I am in a suit for formal night and I did feel hot there

Very lazy day today. After the spa we went up to serenity and I just relaxed. I had a non alcoholic mango smoothie which was good. Drank too much yesterday so taking it easy today lol

Right now we are at Grand Central for the captains welcome. Except it was supposed to be at 6:30 and it is just now starting.

Kyndall just said the dining staff will cook over 60,000 meals today alone?? Surely that can’t be true? I know people eat a lot on cruises but surely the average is not 10 a day?

I only brought enough liquid IV for one a day but I have called in the reinforcements now😂

The gluten free bread is really good. Different recipe than on radiance in March. Also we are late dinner, which is not our preference but weren’t able to switch

None of the gf appetizers sounded enticing to me so I fell back on an old standby, my fry course. When I was younger I was an extremely picky eater and I would have my fry course for appetizer every single night lol. But now only if I don’t like the options

For my main I had the gluten free pasta “Alfredo.” It was really good I wouldn’t call it Alfredo bc it was very mushroomy

For dessert I had the apple crumble. It was ok but too sweet imo. I wish the crust part had more of a buttery/salty flavor
