? Parking at Galveston

Hi, we have a large group going on the Harmony next month.

I see that there are only 2 ships in port that day (Harmony & Carnival).

Some of the group haven't made any reservations for parking.

Since they aren't planning to board until early afternoon, their grandma (me) is concerned they'll show up an hour or so ahead and won't be able to find a parking spot.

Any advice I can "quote" from veteran Galveston cruisers???
