Booking transfers

Could someone please tell me the time Holland allows you to transfer your booking to a ta?   I know they shortened it but can't remember, thanks

Does anyone know the process and timeline for doing the reverse....

Booked with ta for a better price but want to transfer to hal for the control...

Do I contact ta or hal to transfer??

And I assume it's still 60 days??

Have not seen a timeline for that and it's not frequently done. TA has to sign off on it, which likely they won't do due to loss of commission. HAL definitely will not initiate that "reverse" transfer.
