Norwegian Gem embarkation restaurant

Recommended Posts

Based on my experience, it will be the larger MDR — the beautiful Grand Pacific. If crew are trying to direct you to the buffet after you board, just keep walking back to the MDR.

Enjoy your cruise. We love the Gem.

I can’t talk from experience, as I don’t use the restaurants for lunch, but I’m fairly sure that they use the mid ship dining room for lunches. Magenta on the Gem.

They use the more elegant Grand Pacific for lunch on embarkation day.

Yeah, so I see.

I broke my golden rule of not responding to questions unless I was more sure of the answer. My only excuse is that at the time the question had gone about 8 hours without a reply and was just going to fall off the first page of the forum, so there was a danger of them not getting any reply at all.

At least they have the correct answer now.

Departing in just 3 days from Boston on the Gem going to Bermuda. Does anyone know which main dining room will be open? Much better alternative to dealing with the buffet with fool on luggage

O'Sheehan's may be open as well.
