REOVA Posted June 7 #3 Share Posted June 7 If the ship is cleared from its prior cruise, usually 11-noon but with 3 pm sailing you should be onboard by 1:30.

ItsJulesYo Posted June 8 #5 Share Posted June 8 We arrived at noon for our recent Eurodam cruise and the line was long though it did move at a decent clip. Everyone must be aboard by 1:30pm though so maybe later would be better. First you drop off your luggage at the luggage drop (that's the first line) then you are directed to the next line with your carry-on bags for passport scanning. Then you walk up the gangway, take a photo with the ship's photog (or dodge them) and board the ship. Then find your cabin and drop your stuff at your room. One of our bags was already there! Once you check out your cabin then you head to lunch on the Lido (deck 9).
Rare ski ww Posted June 8 #6 Share Posted June 8 You should have received a boarding time/group from HAL
Will_Dieterich Posted June 8 #7 Share Posted June 8 They have mostly gotten away from the given boarding time and group. They give you a start time when they start, with 3pm will probably be 1000am or 1100am and when you must be on. Then when you show up they give you a group number and you go when that group is called. So those like marier 4+ and other early embarking get a group that will be called next and others get whatever group is filling up.
