Shore Excursion Showing Sold Out---Options?

I am interested in doing the Ultimate Food Teller tour in Ensenada on my upcoming Panorama cruise but it is showing sold out. Does anyone know if it might be bookable once on board? I am so disappointed. Thanks in advance.

Contact Carnival.  Not sure what it is, but possibly Viator?

Keep checking.  People may cancel.  Also check when on ship.  They sometimes hold spots for people who did not book in advance.  They also may add another time for the tour if there is demand and the vendor can do so.
