From reading the answer to that review, it looks like a Michelin starred chef will somehow be involved with Osteria. The formulation of the answer was not very clear to me if the creations of that chef will be served at Osteria or what his /her role might be. It said something like “oversight”. Any idea who that chef will be?

long time ago old Crystal had an agreement with Piero Selvaggio owner of Valentino ( closed ) in those days considered as the top Italian restaurant in the US  - i remember a dish with a crab and ravioli with apricot😀

Agree with everything in the review, especially the part about Osteria.
