Yea.  Fish and vegetables.  Not red meat, which is what you said was a problem for you.  It may not be to your liking, but you can't claim that the menu doesn't offer different options.  It's not unusual for me to go to a restaurant where I'm not thrilled with the option, or there are things on the menu I don't like......That's life.

You also have the option of not going to that restaurant.

No one is holding a gun to anyone's head.  Don't like a venue, don't go.  And if there are that many places you don't like, I'm sure you can find another cruiseline more to your tastes.  (Oh, forgot there won't be a Tastes)

Just my $.02...  Not worth any more or less than anyone else's.

I thought they struck a nice balance with the menu...  A lot of people have enjoyed the "global tapas" vibe that Tastes has, so they came up with a menu that's part small plates, part entree.  A lot of people said they wanted a steakhouse venue, so this offers a handful of different steaks, an entree steak feature, and a variety of potato offerings and sides/sauces to go with the steaks.  It elevates some of the typical offerings, like the salmon, served robata style.

...And it does all this out of an auxiliary galley the size of a postage stamp.

I'm sure -- as always -- the specific dishes on the menu will evolve over time, but I think the initial menu is a great starting point at least.  No menu, or even venue, is going to please all the people, all the time.

Somehow, I suspect you may not be the target audience for this style of dining.

Thanks....never knew that Asian food would have peppers.  I've been warned.

BTW....wasn't that issue on Azamara?  You make it seem like it was a Crystal Asian dish.
