MSC 40% Drinks Sale

For anyone that booked a cruise without the drink package, MSC has a limited time 40% off deal running. I had booked my December 2024 seven-night cruise without the "bundle" deal, but just added the Easy Plus for $301, which comes out to $43/night. Much less than the current price onboard (see photo) and will only need to drink four alcoholic beverages each day to make it worth it

I just checked on my 5 night segment coming up next year and the prices were the same. Did this come up automatically, or did you find it somewhere else? Would love to take advantage of that kind of offer.

I saw someone mention on Facebook that they had received an email about it. I logged into my December cruise on the website and looked at the Drinks offerings in the menu bar (Excursions, etc.) and it had the regular priced packages listed, but also had the 40% off packages.

Thanks for the head's up! I'm on a casino comp in September and didn't get a bundle package. I don't check the email account I use for my cruises near often enough and need to get better with that. Much appreciated for saving me $126.

is there a reason you didn't book the drink package when you booked?

We are not big drinkers and never drink enough to warrant the alcohol package. So for any cruise we do not buy it. However, we usually make a last minute decision on the non-alcoholic packages (soda package on other cruises) but sometimes we don't get that either for one reason or another.

For this cruise, I did some research and noticed it included coffee drinks like cappuccinos, mocktails, and since I can't bring on board cases.of soda or order water bottles to the room, it included water bottles as well. So when I saw the sale, we decided it was worth it. I think according to my calculations, I just need to get two coffee drinks, a mocktail and some waters and we've already broken even.

Well……I tried, and unfortunately this sale is not valid for my cruise. It seems, according to my agent, that it is only valid on 2024 sailings.

Maybe there will be another sale prior to my cruise.

thank you for the response. We have done it both ways too as we don't hardly drink anything other than sodas and an occasional drink. I tried it without the wifi and lasted 9 days without it on our 14 day cruise and couldn't do it anymore. So when we get the package the wifi calculation is figured in heavily.

USA only I presume?

My cruise and the person who I had seen that originally posted it were both departing from Port Canaveral, FL.
