Low fat diet

I am currently following a low fat diet for medical reasons. Has anyone notified Cunard that they were following this type of diet. If so, are you given the next day's menu to choose from or do they have a separate menu? We recently stayed at a hotel and I ate off the normal menu, although puddings were a bit problematic.

You should have no problem. The menus typically denote gluten-free, vegetarian, or wellness foods.  

Be sure your wait staff know about your dietary needs.  Typically, they are willing to bring your the menu for the next evening so you can make decisions.  If they don't offer, ask.

 

If you used a travel advisor, ask them to make sure it is noted in your reservation. There will also be many good options for you at the buffet.

I tend to eat a low fat diet by choice and find it very easy by selecting those items I would normally eat at home.    I select Chicken and Fish for most of my meals (requesting any sauces on the side) double portions of Veg.    Desert is difficult but most times they can come up with low fat  frozen yogurt.     Other times I might Order a desert and just have a couple spoonfuls.
