On board wine packages

Does anyone know if NCL still offers wine packages on board? If they do, do you know anything about costs.

we are considering declining the drinks package with free at sea as only one of us drinks alcohol and generally just wine.

I don't recall seeing wine packages, but the Free at Sea basic drinks package does include wine by the glass up to USD 15, and means the 20% service charge is covered.

I have seen some reference to Viva Vino but it doesn’t seem to be widely advertised.

 

Whether that means that it is only on some ships, or whether they have been slowly phasing it out is anyone’s guess.

I haven’t heard much about the wine package in years. If you have the FAS, you can also bring on unlimited wine for free, otherwise it’s $15 a bottle.
