bringing wine/water on board during embarkation

Hello all,

First time on celebrity. Some cruiselines allow you to bring on one bottle of wine each and/or water or soda. Does Celebrity allow this. THeir price for 12 bottles of water (waiting in cabin) is very high,  $37 as compared to another cruiseline $7.  Thanks in advance for your answers.

Bring water you can hand carry/roll aboard, not as checked luggage.

1 bottle of wine per person in the cabin is also permitted.  If you take it to a dining or other public venue, they may charge a $25 corkage fee.  No charge if you open it and drink it in your cabin.

I have never seen Celebrity say anything if you pour a glass of wine in the cabin and then take it with you.

No, not a problem with that.  It's wandering around with the bottle that may raise the question.

You can take the bottle of wine to the dining room.  If you have an alcohol beverage package there is no fee. If you do not have a package there is a $25 fee.
