Hello, just checked and EZAir now allowing 21 days, recently there was change of only 5 days?

Yes, it changed back a couple of weeks ago.

When they changed it back to 21 days pre and post-cruise, they also took away the option to add a departure flight stopover. The option for a return flight stop is still there.

You can still call in to have an agent add an EZair departure flight stopover, but that defeats the whole purpose of being able to check daily online the prices & schedules.

Wow! Don't know when they had put in those limitations. In 2019 we were able to fly out on 9/22 to Lisbon for a cruise on 11/5 out of Barcelona. Lately, we've only booked to arrive a week or so in advance. That had been a great perk but 3 weeks is still pretty decent!

The 5 day limit was discovered about 3-4 weeks ago and 10 days ago noted it was 21 pre & post cruise days…in the UK the shorter 5 days limit was never implemented.

Passengers were being told to call them for the 21 day limit which would require a lengthy conversation to find the best flight & price options. That procedure was not beneficial to passengers nor to Princess for searching & booking EZair flights.

It is true.

We’ve been out of pocket on a trek and just returned home to can see the awful decision has been reversed!  That’s great to see  thanks to all who helped raise the issue and express dissatisfaction with the shorter arrival/departure windows

Okay...anyone have RECENT experience with this change-and-then-change-again from 5 days to 21 days with EZAir??

CAN one book with Princess EZAir up to 21 days before or after a cruise presently??? Does this take a discussion with an EZAir Supervisor?

And...

Can someone please clarify what a "departure flight stopover" is?

Yes.  I had a booking which was 8 days before cruise date and the change prevented me from checking fares for reductions.  Then they changed back to 21 days about 4 weeks or so ago and I was able to refare for a savings of $200

It's a multi-day stop in a city other than your final destination.

For instance you're leaving Rome for your home in New York. You wish to visit Paris at the end of your cruise. You can use EZ Air to book Rome to Paris and then a week later go from Paris to New York.
