Which of the 3 levels are used for traditional (EARLY-LATE) dining?

Just got off two days ago.. we were on deck 4 for late seating, and  deck 5  was also used for traditional. Deck 3 was early seating then My Time.

We were Deck 5 for early seating last month.  I believe they had the main floor (deck 3) primarily for My Time Dining.  They seemed to be doing it the old way with Early and Late seating having specific decks and another deck for MTD.  It works SO much better that way.  There was no rush for us to leave our early dining table to make way for MTD folks since they already had their own space.
