What night is the Chef's table dinner on 12 night cruise?

Hi. We have booked the chef's table for our upcoming cruise on Ascent. They have us bookmarked as 12:00 the first day. Would like to make other dining reservations, but can't because we don't know what night this will take place. Any ideas?

The 12:00 is just a place holder.  They will give you the actual time for the dinner on board ship.

I would go ahead and make the reservations for the restaurants pre-cruise, and you can adjust on board.

As @Texed said, the night of the Chef's Table is not announced until you are onboard. Depending on the itinerary it could change from cruise to cruise.

Our experience is the same.  Have never even been able to find any common itinerary elements to make it predictable.  We've always booked aboard if we were going to attend, and shuffled everything around that.

Unfortunately, they don't even put the date in the online planner DURING the cruise, so the OP can't even look at a comparable itinerary to find out.  Would need to find someone on the ship, and hope the itinerary is the same and that the day doesn't change.

For years, we've said 'any night but the first', so, on our last cruse, Chef's Table was on embarkation day. The cruise before that, they had Chef's Table on 2 different nights.
