Best specialty dining on the Celebration?

DH's bday is embarkation day so looking at option.

I'm leaning toward Emeril's or Rudi's.

I was underwhelmed by the Steakhouse on the Splendor--is it better on Celebration?

Emerils isn't really specialty dining, its more of a casual diner that you walk up to.  I've never had bad luck with the steakhouse, but my favorite spot onboard is the Bonsai Teppanyaki.  Closest one to my house is over an hr away so we don't do it at home, so its a treat on the cruise.

If you have a place cooks Japanese in front of you close by, I would skip it.  Really no difference.  Didn’t try rudis so no opinion there. I would do the steakhouse.

My vote would be Emeril's. For the price of two people at Rudi's you could order practically everything on the menu at Emeril's, AND the food is great there...

I agree with sid-9169.  The steakhouse is always hit or miss for us and Rudi's has somewhat of a limited menu although the food is good.

But if you want variety, I would definetly go with Emerils. We have NEVER had a bad meal there in the 4 times we have been on Celebration.

Our absolute favorite though is Bonsai Teppanyaki.  The food is always good and you will not leave hungry.

Have a great cruise!
