My wife and I would both choose the Thermidor.  How ever, you can't go wrong with either.

 

BTW, the onion soup is excellent but be careful as it can be very hot.

While the Bistro lobster is good, it costs $25 upcharge for people using the specialty dining package. It really depends on what you want. You seem to want lobster from somewhere, and the Bistro's lobster is the better lobster on the ship.
