Just keep in mind that you most likely won’t be the only one looking for a quiet place — and your three hour afternoon voice meetings have the real potential to be disruptive to others — who paid a lot of money to take a week (or however long) away from work, and meetings.  
 

For whatever reason, this type of “conversation “ tends to be louder and more intrusive than in person small talk (maybe due to the earbuds or headphones).  Have encountered it several times on Navigator, unfortunately.  Since your wife probably won’t be sleeping in the 1600 time frame, your cabin is the best place for work requiring speech.
