Change Shore Excursion

Do we need to call PCC or can we cancel and book different excursion online? Excursion to be canceled is paid for

You now have the ability to cancel shore tours online. Just log into your HAL account and your booking. Click the “Itinerary” (top left) and you’ll see a day-to-day, including your res for extras. You can either “View My purchases” near the top of the page or go to the day of the itinerary to Edit Purchases. You can cancel there.

 

HAL will return the value to your “Have it All” credits almost instantly so you can use them for a different tour - or to your credit card if you paid that way for it. I recently had a credit card refund within a week. 

 

This is a welcome change from having to make a phone call.

When you cancel, the $ goes back to whatever you used to pay. HIA and gift cards are pretty much immediate. Credit cards can take a few days if it's an interbank card like Mastercard or Visa.

Even if there's a delay at the bank, you will receive and email confirmation from HAL right away.
