Enchanted - Cleanliness Issues

I just got off the Enchanted 8/10 and didn't notice this issue.  Everything was clean as far as I saw.  The only time I noticed that staff was short was breakfast at the buffet when our Princess Cays visit was cancelled.  The place got bombarded with people coming to eat breakfast instead of going ashore and the staff was struggling to clear dishes.

 

We thought the ship was beautiful, our cabin steward was on top of everything, and the dining staff was generally attentive.

 

And please don't blame the its summer and the kids are ruining all the cruises - we saw kids on the cruise and no - they didn't ruin it.

It's difficult for management to reposition the crew immediately to react to a change in itinerary like that. 

I still believe that the younger kids can contribute to making a mess more so than adults who do take some responsibility.

All I can say is we have 4 rooms booked for February of next year on the Enchanted. I'm sorry to read this but for myself in about 20 or more cruises I have been blessed to do, I always do a cruise with a POSITIVE attitude, and if something goes wrong, or doesn't look quite right, I just deal with it.
