Is there a charge to have coffee delivered to my stateroom in the morning?

Coffee and continental breakfast is free.  Other items are available for a fee.

Yes, I always have singles ready since the room service people usually don't have a slip to sign and that I can add a tip to.

Granted, I've not ordered room service in a bit, but every time I did - they always had a receipt for me to sign and add a tip if I wanted. Have they stopped doing that?

It's been a long while for us, but if it was an order with a charge, they had a slip to sign that you could add a tip to. If what they delivered had no charge, then nothing to sign (and no way to add a tip other than cash).

On more recent cruises I have taken, there is a slip to sign even if there is no charge, with the opportunity to add a tip.
