Amos Pewter is probably our favorite shop on the Boardwalk (they have several locations - we first went to the one at Peggy's Cove. We stopped in and watched them make pewter sand dollars, picked up a couple of necklaces and a Christmas ornament (which they will etch for free):

 

 

 

 

 

 

I love Amos Petwer too. I have been collecting the Nativity Scene figurines each time I go to one of their shops. They are so helpful too. Last year, I knew what I wanted to get and I had emailed them before my call in Halifax and they had the order ready and waiting for me when I came in to the shop. I bought other things once I was there too, but it was so nice to be sure they had what I wanted, since I know the figurines can sell out quickly on cruise ship days.

Bar Harbor Tea Company will also take orders for pick up if you email them and let them know you're coming. It means you're not disappointed when you get there.

Thanks for posting the Daily! I noticed they don’t post the theater showtimes in the chronological list but rather at the bottom of the 3rd page. If this is true, would you please post that 3rd page the next time.

Here is the library, which is lovely. My one complaint is that they have a lot of second or third books in series without seeming to have the first one, but it is still quite nice. I can't remember the last time I read a physical book ....

That's the first I've seen of the wooden tulips for trivia prizes. It makes me want to play trivia!

They had them on Volendam - in pink. Wooden tulips are super common in Amsterdam as souvenirs.

The Bell Museum in Baddeck - it's definitely cool, but probably only 20 or so minutes of stuff to see unless you really like reading museum signs ...
