I believe it's called Captains casual attire.

I’ve seen him casual. I’ve seen him extremely casual. That’s fancy.

I don’t think I told you this story. I know I told people at the bar sometimes it gets confusing. I was in the elevator 16 to 7 to get here. This lady is looking at the  numbers like she doesn’t know where to go. I tell her just tell me where you’re going and I’ll tell you which floor. She says casino. I say deck 7 with me. She gets off and runs into like 3 different walls. I think she bounced into the smoking side though.

I had a detailed cruise dream last night. I was on this cruise that basically went nowhere. And there was nothing to do on the ship. You were basically stuck in an inside cabin and the only way out was to buy excursions. But the excursions basically went nowhere and did nothing. You got on a boat from the boat kind of like a glacier explorer but you didn’t go to anything of significance. It was a…nothing cruise.

I got a martini to take to dinner. I don’t like that pande is sticking me with the regular olives and I don’t find out until the end.

Nonas meatballs. Which we know is only one. But we only know that because we’ve been here before. They should call it Nona’s meatball. Now if they called it the John Kruck balls or the Tom Green balls…then we’d expect one.

Does everyone eat their pasta this way? I remember being taught this and told that’s how they do it in Italy. You may know I was born there and lived there for four years. But I never really pay attention to other people. Is this some big secret or is it common sense?

This is just my second dessert of the cruise. After gaining 3lbs in Alaska and only having time to lose 1lb before this cruise, I said I was going to limit my desserts to only the ones I really wanted.

I got excited when I saw a moretti mini keg on

my way in. I drank a lot of Moretti on Venezia but haven’t had one since. Unfortunately  they said it’s flat and I had to go with peroni

The twisting it around the fork

I got it, just injecting a little humor….  We come from the Northeast, the heaviest concentration of Italian Americans in the country.  Pretty much everybody does it that way.  The real question is whether you use a spoon to twirl it on the fork.  JMHO

Linguini is my favorite pasta, clams not so much, but that is the best looking food you have shown us so far this cruise IMO!

Twirl on a fork...always.  I don't even need the spoon that some restaurants provide for assistance, but I will use it sometimes.
