Booster seat and passport rule in Greek port of calls

My daughter is nine and we will be visiting Athens (Viator private tour), Santorini (a tour offered by Royal Caribbean cruise) and Mykonos (walking). Do we need to bring a booster seat for her? Not sure if the bus tour offered by RC offers a booster seat.

I also had another question, do you usually carry your passport with you while on the excursion, visiting these Greek port of calls? Or bringing a copy of it suffice?

Thank you

Don’t know about the booster.

As far as passports on all of our Greek cruises the ship has held our passports and we never gave it a thought. Didn’t take a copy with us either. You have a better chance of losing it or having it stolen than you do needing it.

Have never had the ship hold our passports on cruises in Greece but always leave them on the ship in the safe

On the Seabourn Encore now and we are at Zakinthos.  The ship ask for our Passports, yesterday, to show the local authorities.  Our prior port was in Albania. so it is a situation where we are reentering the EU. Whether the ship holds or does not hold does depend on the itinerary.

Also depends on the cruise line. All of our cruises on Sea Dream Yacht Club (over 20) they always hold the passports without regard to the itinerary. Never had a mass market cruise line hold ours. After having mine stolen in Quebec I will never take it off the ship again.

Normally on buses booster seats are not a requirement.

We always have our national ID cards on us (in fact those are all we need to fly and to enter Greece as it is a Schengen member too...) but since the cruise line specifically wants our passports we will dig them out of the safe deposit box and take them along.  Never had to do that before but normally we only go to France etc...
