How do you tell if the OBC is refundable or not ?

Usually, OBC from HAL, stockholders benefit, AARP, educators, etc is non-refundable. If it comes from your TA it could be either refundable or non-refundable. If you purchase OBC yourself, it is refundable.

 

Once onboard, you can see what portion is non-refundable vs. refundable.

 

The non-refundable OBC will be used first.
