Cancelling booked items

Norwegian Newbe here. On all my prior cruises when I booked an excursion or other service online I have been able to also cancel it online. I don't see that on my booking with Norwegian Spirit. Am I overlooking something and really have to call customer services? Thank you for your assistance.

No...you are not missing anything.  The online NCL platform does not have a "cancel" function.  You need to either call or do the online chat feature to cancel excursions, dinner reservations, or even the entire booking.

you really have to call customer service, Norwegian website is horrible compared to other cruise lines

Thanks, did cancel with virtual agent, so far so good.

Always re-check the details of your reservation (on any cruise line) if you make any changes to make sure that nothing else has been changed.  I had an agent add things I did not purchase one time and another time I cancelled an excursion and the agent mistakenly cancelled my entire cruise!!!  Not saying it happens often but worth the few minutes it takes to check.
