Alaska deck party?

hello!

Does Celebrity have an Alaskan deck party bbq complete with salmon etc on one of the nights? If not, do you know which cruiseline does?

I don't remember any type of evening deck party taking place during our southbound Alaskan cruise in May, 2005.

Have cruised Alaska six times (HAL, RCCL and X) - no evening deck parties as there are on other itineraries.

I was on the Radiance (r/t Vancouver) back in 2004 and yes, there was one afternoon where they bbq'd salmon--steaks--chicken and other "stuff" out on deck. I can't recall which afternoon it was--but the scenery was gorgeous and the food was delicious.

 

It was very popular---so I would imagine it would still be around.

Nevermind---I thought I was looking at the Royal Caribbean boards---hence the Radiance.

Hi, I will be sailing to Alaska for the first time in 2 weeks:D

And my first time to Seattle as well!

 

Deck party? How about every night....making our own party;) :)

Martini Bar, Cova, out on deck.....LOL cannot wait to go!

We sailed the Mercury last summer from Seattle and they had a wonderful sail away. The morning we were in Glacier Bay they served soup in bread bowls up on deck. And of course sold super expensive hot choclate and coffee with liquors. The scenery was spectacular. Enjoy!!
