Vistadeck Posted May 23, 2006 #1 Share Posted May 23, 2006 Hi, I'm Mariner member and alas last time was onboard I didn't stock up on fridge magnets - I collect and do fridge magnets on Ebay as a hobby. I'd be happy to pay someone to grab me a few generic Holland America metal magnets and metal ship magnets -- I'd be happy to send a bottle of wine your way onboard as well for the effort if you'd like :) email me please at tinajohnson@recordlady.com Tina Johnson My Cruise Reviews and Magnets: http://www.recordlady.com
tomc Posted May 23, 2006 #2 Share Posted May 23, 2006 I have fridge magnets, but I don't drink alcohol. I do, however, collect current cruise docs and am looking for Oct 14 2006 NYC r/t to Southern Caribbean. Trade you? ;) :) :D

sail7seas Posted May 23, 2006 #5 Share Posted May 23, 2006 ? I may be mistaken ..... but are many of the magnets metal? I thought they were plastic or compostion/pottery type materials. I mean the design part of the piece....not the actual magnet.
tomc Posted May 23, 2006 #6 Share Posted May 23, 2006 I think mine are all plastic; at least, not metal. I'll have to look.

tomc Posted May 23, 2006 #8 Share Posted May 23, 2006 I think the OP did. Actually, I'll take any current or future travel docs as long as HAL issues them. Will trade an old 4-cyl Chevy Cavalier (pronounced Ca-va-lee-ay) that goes downhill really well.

CCCM Posted May 23, 2006 #12 Share Posted May 23, 2006 Hi Tina, I too collect magnets from everyplace I go. I missed the first 25 years of travel, but have done the last 10 or so. I don't sell mine though. They remain on the fridge to remind me of the wonderful places I have been and that it is time to find some more places to go. I was looking through what you have for sale and like the little coach bag magnet.....
Krazy Kruizers Posted May 24, 2006 #13 Share Posted May 24, 2006 Used to have a friend who collected them and I always paid attention to what was in the shops. Are you interested in any from Alaska from the Statendam?
