We certainly got our money's worth and had a very enjoyable and wonderful 5 hour learning experience!!:) Same thing with Beno. No deposit, no cash up front. He goes on the honor system, knowing he will be paid if he provides good service. And his service is so wonderful, he often gets tipped well in addition. Worth every penny. Yummy. We had our first taste of "jelly juice" the liquid that comes from the young coconuts. At this point, the coconut is soft and is scooped out using the top of the coconut.
