Cruise credits for other rooms

Recommended Posts

Just piling on.................you get the cruise credit for the cabin in which your body will spend the cruise.

If you are booking a mix of cabin types, and some are regular cabins and one or more is a JS or larger, be sure to put YOUR name on the suite. You get an extra C&A credit for that. :)

I have a question about cruise credits.

I just got off The Explorer of the Seas for the 5 day Bermuda cruise. I checked 'my cruise history' and under the column for credits it says 'not qualified' Does anyone know what this means or why I didn't get a credit for the cruise?

It says "does not qualify" until the passage is confirmed from the ship manifest. Then it will be credited to your account. My recent Majesty cruise said that until 2 days AFTER the credit showed up in my account!
