Can anyone tell me if there is a place to watch the Game on ship. We are on the Soveriegn for Thanksgiving and this is our sea day - Miami Dolphins play at 4p.m.

I recently asked a similar question about getting the Steeler game on Sunday night, October 7th. I copied the link to the thread, hope it works, but if not, most responses seemed positive about getting football coverage.

The games won't be shown on your room tv, tho! You'll have to go to the "sports" lounge--usually just off of the casino area. Hopefully, they will have a feed for football!

My experience is that whatever feed is available can be seen in your stateroom, as well as the sports bar on the ship. I've never had an experience on a RCI ship where that wasnt true.

 

To address the OP, I would not have high hopes. RCI generally gets the ESPN feed. Now that the Sunday night game is on NBC, it seems that RCI is picking that up too. Sometimes they will pick up non ESPN games at 1pm and 4pm, but there are many to choose from. You may luck out and they may pick up Miami, but they may select something else.

I don't know which of the many games they can or will choose to show, but YES, they will have it going in the Schooner Bar on the Sovereign.

We will be on Rhapsody this Thanksgiving and our 13 yr old son is an avid Dallas fan. Surely Rhapsody will carry the Cowboy game. 3 yrs ago when we were on Rhapsody we were able to pick up the OU/ Kansas championship game in our stateroom. One of us kept running back to check the score during dinner...LOL Now DS plans to be glued to the TV for all the games of the week. And yes....he also plays :D
