Can you get Chateaubriand or Wellington on all the ships during dining hours or is it just in the special extra $$ restaurants?

Chateaubriand and Beef Wellington are each served one night in the dining room. Neither are available in the supper clubs :rolleyes: Although I'm sure the supper club food is excellent too and I plan to find out next week :D

I don't know if someone already asked this, but I read there is an alternate menu? Does anyone know anything about it? How and when do you get it?
