Rare xpcdoojk Posted February 3, 2007 #26 Share Posted February 3, 2007 You're missing out on some great cruises--The newer CCL ships are at least on par with the RCI's, and their food, entertainment and cabins are well ahead. I just love people who play, Nyah, my cruiseline is better than your cruiseline. I always imagine that they are quite entertaining to be around. Kind of like a kid scratching his nails on a chalkboard. JMHO and YMMV. jc:D

rubrrick Posted February 3, 2007 #29 Share Posted February 3, 2007 Not wanting to put one in front of the other, I'm sending my DW on both, sort of a B2B, except one is Carnival and the other RCI. I'll report later!! Rick
sha88 Posted February 3, 2007 #30 Share Posted February 3, 2007 On tonight's Mad Money show, Jim proclaimed CCL best of breed in the cruise industry and put a sell on RCI.They must be doing something right.;) Well, he's the one to convince me to invest in Sirius stock. When he did his Eat Crow show at the end of last year, he admitted that he miscalculated on Sirius. My advice, do your own research............. wish I had!

traveler/ Posted February 3, 2007 #32 Share Posted February 3, 2007 So other then the stock going up in price the only advantage is $100.00 credit on your cabin everytime you cruise? Not exactly.1. Stock price going up (could go down) 2. OBC varies w/length of cruise, up to $250 on 14+ nights 3. Dividend, currently 15 Cents p/ quarter p/share
