Which date?

We've come up with the 2 most suitable cruise dates for us. Those are 18 May and 25 May 08.

 

I know some areas of Alaska are not open in May. Would we be better with the cruise on 25 May? There is only a couple of hundred between each cruise. The 18th would be slightly better for us but I'd rather re-jig holidays if people think 25 May is the better time.

Either date will be fine.

 

I have gone May 7th or 8th and had no problems with things being open in the ports. My favorite time is last week in May and first week in June but would feel comfortable booking either date. I think I have cruised 3x the week of the 18th (or equivalant) and have had pretty good weather and a great time.

Will make no difference on what is open for either date- season in full swing- Inside Passage. :)
