There is free icecream/frozen yogert. There is coffee, tea, lemonade, ice water avail. at no extra charge.

The fitness center is free to use,--classes may cost extra.

I've never utilized Jade--sorry!

Any "name-brand" restaurant, like Ben & Jerry's , Johnny Rockets, etc... will have a sur-charge attached.

Real ice cream is free in the dining room at dinner and lunch :)

No soft serve ice cream/frozen yogurt on Monarch.

Ben and Jerry's and Specialty coffees are charged.

We were also served soda's at dinner at no extra charge on both our cruises on Monarch, just order it from your waiter, not the cocktail steward.

Yes, they did have fitness classes, but I'm to much of a couch potato to go:p ! They also had the mile walk twice a day on deck. And they give out ship shape dollars for participating in the fitness stuff, then you get to cash them in at the end of the cruise. I'm not sure what you get though.
