cruzinchar Posted August 7, 2004 #1 Share Posted August 7, 2004 Just wondering....I got my documents today for an August 19th Alaska Cruisetour. I see that when we leave Anchorage we will be restricted to a "smaller than airline" carry-on for two days until we get to our hotel in Fairbanks (two days later). My question is, are jeans ok for the McKinley Explorer train from Anchorage to Denali, the restaurants at the Denali hotel, the Wilderness bus tour and the train on up to Fairbanks. My guess is that jeans are fine for the train and the Wilderness bus tour, but maybe I might need nice slacks for the hotels? What do all of you think? jhannah Posted August 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted August 7, 2004 I don't think jeans will be a problem anywhere on a land tour. This is a much more casual part of your trip.
